Account Management Program Manager

We’re looking for a structured and impact-oriented Program Manager to own and drive our Account Management program strategy across all markets (Global). The role requires designing the full performance and enablement ecosystem for our existing business team, from building commission programs to how we set KPIs and measure activities, to how we identify gaps, and how we enable teams to drive net retention and account growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Account Management, Strategy, or Program Management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to performance programs (i.e. KPI frameworks, commission models, enablement assets).
  • Experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders, from country managers to regional leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable using data to guide decisions and explain performance trends and familiarity with building or using reporting tools (i.e. Salesforce, Looker, Excel/Sheets).
  • A strong sense of ownership and being comfortable working independently while aligning with others.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and communicate with clarity and intention.
