We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support the execution and optimization of Sales processes across Bolt Food’s Grocery & Retail business.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a Consulting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring.
- Proven ability to transform raw data into insights that solve complex business problems.
- Experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and a solid understanding of the modern sales funnel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with BI tools, automation, and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) is a major plus.
