Merchant Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Merchant Growth Manager to help our Grocery & Retail partners grow faster and perform better on the platform. This role focuses on driving same-store demand growth by identifying the right levers, improving merchant performance, and turning insights into scalable actions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles within e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or similarly data-driven businesses
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and can turn data and hypotheses into clear strategic recommendations
  • Experience analysing performance, running or interpreting experiments / A/B tests, and using data to guide decisions
  • Strong skills in data visualisation and storytelling, ideally with tools such as Looker, and are confident working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proactive ownership mindset and are comfortable driving work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
