Operations Manager, Supply & Growth

We are looking for an analytical Operations Manager to lead the supply side of our business in Lithuania, specifically overseeing Driver Growth, Driver Engagement, Fleets, and Vehicles. This role requires a disciplined approach to analytical forecasting, operational process management, and the financial oversight of large-scale supply programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, Analytics, or a related analytical role
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field
