We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support the execution and optimization of Sales processes across Bolt Food’s Grocery & Retail business. The Sales Operations Associate will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Regional teams to ensure that Sales teams operate with clear structure, accurate data, and actionable insights, enabling more predictable and efficient growth.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a Consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Proven ability to transform raw data into insights that solve complex business problems
- Experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and a solid understanding of the modern sales funnel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
