Senior Product Operations Specialist, Billing

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist within the Commerce team to help us scale our Billing operations in 50 countries and more to come. The role is hands-on, high-impact at the intersection of data, payments, and process. You’ll work across product lines and markets, partnering closely with product, engineering, finance, and local operations teams to ensure our billing systems run accurately and efficiently at scale.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in billing operations, fintech, or a related finance/payments function
• Data-driven and analytical skills
• Understanding of online payments
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
