Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will conduct phone and social media conversations to introduce potential customers to Booksy and lead to product presentation appointments with the sales department. You will work with a dynamic team, implement projects, and have a real impact on users and business results.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include active contact with potential customers, managing the company’s Facebook account, presenting the app, finding new distribution channels, collaborating with the sales department, responding to customer inquiries, and contacting existing customers to offer and upsell additional features and services.
