We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Growth Programs professional to build scalable programs that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or customer success programs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer success programs, or post-sale customer engagement
- Proven experience independently building and executing scalable customer programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience owning or leading customer adoption, retention, expansion, or lifecycle initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing fundamentals including segmentation, targeting, campaign performance, and customer lifecycle strategy
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Pendo, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
