Your Mission as Growth & GTM Manager
Your mission: to build and scale our midmarket acquisition engine, combining automation, AI, and growth marketing to generate a qualified, measurable, and scalable pipeline.
This role blends strategy, execution, and innovation. You’ll set up outbound and ABM campaigns, automation workflows, and AI experiments that make Booxi a high-performing and predictive GTM machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multichannel acquisition strategy (email, LinkedIn, Paid, retargeting) to reach the right midmarket ICPs.
- Launch and optimize automated ABM and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build nurturing workflows in HubSpot to accelerate MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Manage and improve Paid B2B campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, social ads) with close ROI tracking (ROAS, CAC, attribution).
- Automate marketing processes using growth and AI tools (Clay, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales, PMM, and RevOps to align targets, messaging, and priorities.
- Analyze data and intent signals to identify top accounts and optimize the MQL→SQL→ARR funnel.
- Test new channels and tools (AI, growth, advanced ABM) to drive sustainable growth with a lean budget.
- Share learnings and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance and Sales x Marketing collaboration.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, or GTM Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or retail tech environment.
- Proven experience building or automating an outbound or acquisition engine (ICP definition, scraping, enrichment, sequences).
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, Sales Navigator, Bright Data, and Paid B2B platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of Paid B2B levers: you know how to amplify what works without being a pure media buyer.
- Comfortable working with data, APIs, and tool integrations.
- Strong analytical mindset: you can interpret signals, measure funnel performance, and manage conversion KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: autonomous, result-oriented, and comfortable in agile environments with lean budgets.
- Curious and test & learn minded: you love experimenting, documenting, and scaling what works.
- Passionate about AI and growth innovations, and excited to use them to drive performance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
