The Inside Sales Account Manager supports the functions of the Sales & Marketing Departments within Border States in managing assigned customer account relationships, promoting products, services, and capabilities, and maximizing customer sales potential.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit objectives
- Develop and manage customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Create and achieve sales objectives
- Identify and transition accounts to high potential segment for field-based coverage
- Ensure quality customer support through expediting, pricing, and follow-up
- Provide timely follow-up on technical inquiries and requests
- Input TCCM cost savings documentation
- Coordinate sales strategies with preferred vendors
