The Inside Sales Account Manager supports the functions of the Sales & Marketing Departments within Border States in managing assigned customer account relationships, promoting products, services, and capabilities, and maximizing customer sales potential.

Requirements

  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit objectives
  • Develop and manage customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Create and achieve sales objectives
  • Identify and transition accounts to high potential segment for field-based coverage
  • Ensure quality customer support through expediting, pricing, and follow-up
  • Provide timely follow-up on technical inquiries and requests
  • Input TCCM cost savings documentation
  • Coordinate sales strategies with preferred vendors
