Role Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager to join our Sales Channel Partner team in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new end customers and application for all Bosch Rexroth products, as well as developing new potential channel partners. The role will involve developing and nurturing sales leads, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets, and coordinating activities with other account development managers.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities of this role include developing new end customers and application for all Bosch Rexroth products, developing new potential channel partners, and ensuring the coordination of activities with other account development managers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for offering technology to address customer needs and value, and ensuring customer receivable and monitored and collected to be well within agreed targets.

Requirements
- B.E. (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics)
- 4-6 years of experience in direct OEM/end user sales, handling channel partners, and industrial automation
- Strong understanding of industrial automation products, including servo motors, drives, motion control, PLCs, and VFDs
