Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a central role in the link between our company, customers, and sales force. You will be proactive, rigorous, and customer-oriented, with a real desire to contribute to the excellence of our service.

You will manage the order cycle, support sales representatives, participate in commercial actions, and continuously improve internal services.

Requirements

• Mastery of Dutch and French, with a good level of English
• Knowledge of German is an asset
• Strong desire for continuous improvement, autonomy in work, and appreciation for teamwork
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent interpersonal skills
• Good ability to prioritize, be flexible, and manage unexpected situations with calmness
• Familiarity with computer tools (MS Office, SAP)
