We are looking for a Sales Business Intelligence and Analytics Expert to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As a key driver of Sales Reporting digitalization and automation, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Power BI solutions for sales controlling KPIs, drive automation and efficiency improvements through advanced BI and analytics solutions, and contribute to management-ready insights supporting planning, performance reviews, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Power BI solutions for sales controlling KPIs
  • Build automated data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring scalability, reliability, and strong user experience
  • Translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly analytical solutions
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements through advanced BI and analytics solutions
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance across all sales-related reports and KPIs
