As a Regional Sales Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers, drive sales targets, and execute strategic initiatives for Boston Scientific’s CRM portfolio in Belgium. You will be responsible for sales strategy, leadership, cross-franchise collaboration, market insight, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management or business development in the medical technology or healthcare sector, with fluency in Dutch and English, and preferably French.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a sales management or business development role
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in Dutch and English, and preferably French
- Deep understanding of the MedTech environment, active implantable medical devices sales, and regional healthcare systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to develop impactful customer relationships and solutions
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
