The Sales Operations Analyst will design and manage customer agreements, perform detailed analytics, and provide strategic business support to influence commercial contracting and sales strategy. The role will work in close collaboration with CCMs/KAMs, develop deal models, and provide regular updates of Commercial Contracting/Sales KPI measurements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics)
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Sales Cloud, and Excel
