Bounteous is a premier end-to-end digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to drive strategic growth across its Adobe ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of net-new business development and experience selling within the Adobe ecosystem or similar partner environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of business development or sales experience within a digital consultancy, systems integrator, or agency environment
  • Proven success generating net-new business and closing complex deals, typically $1M+
  • Experience selling Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable digital experience platforms
  • Background working within a partner-led or alliance-driven sales model
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level client relationships
