Sales Operations Technician

Job Title

The Sales Operations Technician reports to the Sales Operations and Systems Manager, providing data entry, customer support, and sales support within the Group Event Management System. Responsible for answering tickets, providing strong customer support, and working closely with the Sales Operations and Systems Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of administrative work
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
