Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing department to ensure leads are effectively managed across teams in order to attract great clients. Our SDRs play a crucial role in the company, and we’ll provide you with the necessary tools, training, mentorship, and leadership as you collaborate with companies to identify their challenges and how Box can help solve them.
What You Will Do
Act as the initial point of contact for new customers via our sales channels and respond promptly to their inquiries. Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and marketing efforts aimed at creating business opportunities.
