What You Will Do

Own end-to-end monthly commission calculations, validations, and approvals across global GTM roles with zero-defect execution, aggregate and reconcile data from Salesforce, Workday, and other sources, and build and maintain robust Excel models.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytics roles
• Advanced Excel expertise (e.g., INDEX/MATCH/XLOOKUP, nested logic, pivot tables, complex data modeling, error handling)
• Proven experience reconciling and transforming large datasets from CRM/HRIS/Financial systems (Salesforce and Workday experience strongly preferred)
• Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate payouts under tight monthly deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Process-first mindset with the ability to document, standardize, and improve recurring workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
