About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Braintrust, you will build the infrastructure to support our scaling business. You will define and improve sales processes, analyze and share insights on key revenue and sales trends, implement tooling to improve productivity, and ultimately help scale our business in an effective way. This will involve close partnership with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations to identify efficiency opportunities, build reporting, scope business requirements, and manage end-to-end implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build sales and account management processes to ensure efficiency, high performance and a positive customer experience
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional leadership on implementation of solutions that maximize efficiency and conversion rates of each point in the sales funnel
  • Source, implement and manage technologies used by the revenue organization and evaluate the effectiveness
  • Drive the architecture and administration of our Salesforce instance and supporting sales tools (Outreach, Hubspot, Zoominfo, etc.)
  • Build and implement automated tracking, reporting & dashboards that help identify opportunities for our team to better serve customers, drive retention, and expansion
  • Work closely with Business Operations to provide accurate analysis and sales forecasting used for financial planning
  • Represent the Sales team in cross-functional communication, helping to prioritize and execute business projects that are aligned with Revenue Growth goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales
  • Highly organized and operationally efficient, able to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the day
  • Proven experience building and analyzing processes to scale and report on sales processes
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Outreach, Hubspot, Zoominfo or similar tools
  • Experience in professional services or management consulting is a plus
  • Experience working with an early stage growth company is a plus
