Digital Marketing Manager – Strategy & Content

We are working, in stealth mode, at the intersection of Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Graphs and E-learning, to develop the world’s first cognitive platform for personal knowledge augmentation.

To strengthen our team and accelerate our go-to-market strategy we are looking to hire a brilliant digital marketeer.

The Role

You will be responsible for defining and creating our marketing strategy and marketing calendar:

  • Defining the key campaigns, how those fit into a robust marketing plan that enables us to achieve traffic, conversion and retention targets.
  • Define, own and run the marketing growth ambition of our solution
  • Plan & create the necessary content to be used across our different channels & campaigns
  • Define a full-funnel approach for our multiple campaigns: From awareness and brand building, to acquisition and always-on engagement, including conversion & retention tactics
  • Partner and support marketing specialists to assure appropriate execution of all campaigns
  • With a data driven mindset: Track, measure and learn from the execution of campaigns, quickly pivoting and continuously improving our marketing tactics
  • Refining our marketing messaging by continuously improving our understanding of our consumer needs

About you:

  • You are a digital marketing Guru with the ability to grow the business based on a solid marketing strategy
  • Demonstrable experience in growing a new brand/solution through an ambitious marketing plan
    • Ability to understand consumer needs and pains, transforming those into compelling marketing campaigns/content.
    • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Creating a marketing strategy & calendar
    • Full-funnel marketing digital first, consumer centric always-on marketing campaigns
    • Creating Content/Concepts that work for different channels (Website, email, social)
    • KPI definition and tracking success of different campaigns
    • Ideally past experience or exposure to consumer relationship management, consumer life-cycle management and/or consumer life-time value marketing tactics
    • Not shy to roll-up sleeves and get into the weeds of campaign execution and content creation
    • Data driven mindset with the ability to continuously learn and improve on the work being done
    • Open, collaborative, team player that takes feedback well
    • Independent, result oriented, positive attitude towards challenges
    • Committed & trustworthy
