The Senior Key Account Manager will manage relationships with major customers, ensure alignment with CHEP’s strategic goals, and deliver revenue growth while achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Commercial, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years’ experience in a customer-facing commercial role, ideally managing key or national accounts
- Excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven success in complex negotiations and stakeholder management
- Experience working effectively in a matrix environment
