We are hiring a Brand Growth Operator to help us grow our social media presence from 150,000 followers to 1,000,000+ followers in 2026. The role requires creating and executing a content + growth engine, producing high-volume content, and using AI tools to scale and improve content.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing social accounts
• Strong video/content creation skills
• Comfortable producing high-volume content
• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Understanding of social algorithms and trends
• Experience with paid ads is a big plus
• Strong English communication
