We are looking for a Neuromuscular Account Manager to join our team at BridgeBio. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Rare Disease/ Neurology markets. They will be responsible for developing and executing integrated account plans, demonstrating subject matter expertise, and working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory
- Developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for BBP-418
- Applying a customer-centric approach and engaging customers in clinically relevant discussion
- Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in their territory
- Being responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives
- Adhering to company guidelines and demonstrating honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability
- Participating in strategy development to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing dynamic account plans
- Navigating the account EMR process and developing strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability
- Anticipating potential business challenges and developing solutions
- Maintaining exceptional proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market, and product knowledge
- Collaborating with peers and company personnel to ensure corporate objectives and initiatives are achieved
