Join Bright Network as our Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our member community through paid acquisition channels and data-led campaigns. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall acquisition strategy, executing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, and managing budget planning and allocation across channels.
Requirements
- Hands-on paid media experience with demonstrable expertise across Meta and Google, managing and optimising campaigns end-to-end
- Proven ability to develop and execute acquisition strategies, including owning KPIs, budgets, and performance forecasting
- Experience working across multiple channels, with a clear understanding of how paid, organic, and content work together to drive growth
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable in Ad platforms and data visualisation and reporting tools
- Comfortable owning budgets and making commercial decisions
- A creative eye, understanding what resonates with a young audience and able to brief designers effectively
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders
