✍️ Role overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll play a crucial role in spearheading the generation of new business opportunities. Responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with target accounts, you’ll strategically build target account lists and leverage multiple channels for outreach, with a focus on promoting the solution via email and content channels. ✅ Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilise various research methods to build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts within the client service industries. Identify potential leads and key decision-makers to initiate the sales process.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, social channels, and networking. Focus on automating outreach sequences for content across email and social channels, adapting communication strategies to maximise engagement.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to highlight the capabilities and benefits of AI for client service teams. Tailor demonstrations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospects, showcasing value and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the founders and product team to refine outreach efforts and messaging based on market feedback and trends. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product improvements.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilise CRM tools to track sales activities, follow-up actions, and conversion rates. Report on sales performance against targets and metrics, aiming to exceed established goals.
