Requirements
- Have deep product knowledge and disease field knowledge
- Achieve or exceed regional targets
- Execute market manager-explained market strategies, identify and cooperate with target HCPs, achieve promotion plans
- Comprehensively understand key HCPs in the region and responsible areas
- Update customer data
- Coordinate local in-patient meetings
- Update HCP information in a timely manner, visit according to plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand customer medical needs
- Achieve and maintain company requirements on visit rate, knowledge level, capability behavior, and personal image
- Report visit situations in ETMS system daily
- Provide accurate reports, and contact direct supervisor according to the established process
- Provide information on BMS promotion material effectiveness to direct supervisor
- Develop and improve professional knowledge by attending training, meetings, and medical literature
- Share knowledge and experience with team members
