Requirements
- Thoroughly understand company strategy and apply it to work
- Distribute resources and activities for the year, quarter, and month (people/budget/activities)
- Manage and guide sales representatives to achieve common goals
- Meet all requirements for BMS bio-pharmaceutical behavior and compliance policies
- Establish and maintain continuous communication with doctors and KOLs through different communication tools
- Provide excellent customer service, establish stable and long-term customer relationships, and balance multiple needs quickly and professionally
- Deeply collect customer information, thoroughly understand customer needs, especially in disease management
- Analyze customer types and business opportunities and turn them into business plans
- Closely track and understand competitor market activities, and share innovative ideas with managers and teams to gain a competitive advantage
- Maintain good relationships with different departments, especially in professional fields such as disease education, such as the marketing department, medicine department, registration department, market access department, business department, corporate affairs department, etc., to obtain support for decision-making and execution in this region, driving business performance
- Manage and monitor key activities – IHM (as a field observer covering 50%) / RTM (as a field observer covering 80%), manage and monitor hospital-related projects
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and learn scientific information, continuously study publicly published scientific literature, participate in relevant specialized discussions and academic conferences
- Clearly, logically, and concisely communicate in diverse situations, including 1:1 talks, formal group reports, and written communication
- Win the trust of KOLs through mature communication skills and professional abilities
