Requirements
- Deep knowledge of products and disease areas
- Achieve/baseline regional targets
- Execute market manager-defined market strategy
- Identify and cooperate with target HCPs from proper submarkets
- Understand key HCPs in regions and areas responsible
- Update customer data
- Coordinate local ‘in-house meetings’
- Keep HCPs’ information up to date and visit according to plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understand customers’ (medical) needs
- Meet and maintain the company’s requirements regarding visits, knowledge, skills, behavior, and personal image
- Report visit situation daily in ETMS system
- Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor in accordance with prescribed process
- Provide direct supervisor with information about BMS promotional materials’ effectiveness
- Develop and improve professional knowledge by attending training, meetings, and studying medical literature
- Share knowledge and experiences with team members
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensuring they are in good condition
