Join the Bristol Myers Squibb Enterprise Data Engineering and Platform team as an AI / Data Engineer (Mid-Level), where you will design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native data pipelines and Generative AI solutions that power enterprise search, analytics, and AI-driven insights across R&D and enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions
• Partner with MLOps teams to deploy, fine-tune, and operationalize embedding and transformer models
• Engineer and maintain enterprise search solutions
• Build and support real-time and serverless data services
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, search platforms, and AI services
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Continuously evaluate emerging cloud, data engineering, and GenAI technologies to improve platform capabilities
