Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title

Sales Operations Analyst position in a 12-month FTC role, combining Carlsberg and Britvic’s legacy businesses in the UK. The role will involve day-to-day commercial activities, management of internal and external queries, and building strong relationships with Customer Management teams.

Requirements

• A background in customer service roles
• The ability to communicate in multiple languages
• Experience working in a shared services environment
• Strong IT skills – both Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferable)
• Use of customer relationship packages such as Siebel is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• The ability to be highly organized, plan ahead and work proactively
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
