We are seeking a skilled and motivated Inside Sales representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC, handling inbound/outbound phone calls to quote/bind new business policies for Personal Lines products using rating platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate through multiple rating systems, track monthly production, and meet/exceed quote, bind ratio, and premium goals.
Requirements
- Navigate through several rating systems simultaneously
- Track monthly production to reach Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals
- Assist Field Sales to Follow-up on Select Sales Opportunities
- Meet/Exceed the Monthly Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals Established for the Instant Quote Team
- Answer 20 – 30 New Business Quoting/Binding calls per day
