Commercial Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a committed individual who can effectively combine product management with business development to further develop our product and market portfolio in a targeted manner. The role offers considerable scope for personal initiative, short decision-making processes and the opportunity to put your own ideas into practice.

Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences, life sciences, medical technology, biotechnology or a related field
  • Several years’ experience in product management, business development or technical sales within the IVD / Molecular Diagnostics sector
  • Good understanding of laboratory processes, clinical applications and regulatory frameworks (e.g. IVDR)
  • Strong market and customer focus, as well as strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, structured and entrepreneurial approach to work
  • Willingness to travel in collaboration with the sales team (field work, customer visits, internal meetings)
  • Excellent command of German and English; Italian would be an advantage
