We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our AXS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of and processing for bids, orders, change orders and invoices, and will coordinate with various departments and external customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ISO9000 documentation and procedures is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and direct tasks to all levels of individuals
- Demonstrates knowledge of computer and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Salesforce and SAP experience preferred
