Job Title
We have an opportunity to join our AXS team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of and processing for bids, orders, change orders and invoices.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ISO9000 documentation and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and direct tasks to all levels of individuals
- Demonstrates knowledge of computer and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce and SAP experience preferred.
- Capable of maintaining records, preparing reports and correspondence
- Detail-oriented to assure orders are accurate and correct
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- A team player, yet able to work independently with minimal supervision
