Job Title

We have an opportunity to join our AXS team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of and processing for bids, orders, change orders and invoices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of ISO9000 documentation and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities and direct tasks to all levels of individuals
  • Demonstrates knowledge of computer and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce and SAP experience preferred.
  • Capable of maintaining records, preparing reports and correspondence
  • Detail-oriented to assure orders are accurate and correct
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • A team player, yet able to work independently with minimal supervision
