The Marketing Communications Specialist will collaborate with a team to develop and deploy member-facing and B2B communications while ensuring compliance and quality member experience. Responsibilities include managing the intake process, partnering with teams to secure approvals, tracking documentation, and developing an operational communications calendar.
Requirements
- Own and manage the end-to-end intake process for all member-facing operational communications
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Brand teams to secure timely approvals
- Track and maintain documentation of approvals to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Develop and manage a comprehensive operational communications calendar
- Support the development and deployment of operational communications
- Lead coordination of State of Emergency communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, network management, customer experience, and line-of-business teams
