BTSE is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to be the backbone of their sales engine, ensuring efficient operations and data-driven decisions for revenue growth. This role will oversee pipeline management, optimize lead distribution, provide actionable insights, and support global prospecting efforts and CRM excellence, contributing to the success of a leading global fintech and blockchain company.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics (fintech/crypto experience a plus).
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tech stacks (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python a bonus).
- Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-starter with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
