Performance marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Buddyfit Growth & Performance Marketing Team. The role requires presence in our Genova office 3 days per week, with 2 days of smart working. The specialist will support the execution, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing activities across key digital channels.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition roles
• Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to monitor performance and identify trends
