The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder that has been given additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty. They provide direction to Bear Builders, model Experience First behaviors, and achieve store sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
