Builder Prime is an early stage US-based company with an all-in-one business operations software serving specialty contractors in the home improvement industry.

SCOPE OF WORK

We are looking for a contractor who is available for ongoing projects related to marketing operations and HubSpot administration that will work directly with the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager. Services required will include:

  • Highest priority: Email channel management & campaign execution, compliance and deliverability
  • Social posting
  • Pre- and Post-event/webinar list uploads
  • Creating forms & landing pages
  • Building sequences
  • Managing webinar backend automation
  • Projects related to marketing operations/automation, such as:
    • Data enrichment
    • Data hygiene
    • Duplicate record management

TERM:

It is expected that the initial engagement will start at 10 hours per week with a possibility of expanding to up to 20 hours per week. The contract term will be 3 months to start, after which the contract relationship will be evaluated as the needs of the business evolve.

HOURS:

It’s expected that the engagement will be 10-20 hours per week and can be set by the contractor, with a couple of requirements:

  1. Time is of the essence with marketing operations projects. Due to the nature of the responsibilities, we’d like this contractor to be available up to 20 hours a week until each project is completed, with hours spread across 4-5 work days per week.
  2. The contractor must be located in MST or PST to overlap with the Denver-based team.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

  • 1-2 years of HubSpot experience
  • Experience with G-Suite tools and Slack required
  • Experience with email deliverability and compliance required
  • Zoom webinars experience preferred

COMPENSATION:

The compensation available for this position is $50-$75/hr based on experience and expertise.

The Sr. Revenue Operations Manager is looking to move forward no later than February 14, with an engagement start date as soon as possible.
