We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to support our go-to-market motions by ensuring data integrity, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align systems and reporting, enabling our teams to scale efficiently. This role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and will be hybrid, based in one of our three hubs.
Responsibilities
- System Administration & Optimization: Manage GTM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.), including user management, permissions, layouts, workflows, and configurations.
- Process Enablement & Automation: Translate business needs into workflows and automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to troubleshoot issues and deploy scalable solutions.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Maintain clean, reliable data through audits, validation rules, and governance best practices.
- Project Execution: Support tool implementations, system migrations, and process improvements.
- Tool Adoption & Enablement: Conduct audits, lead onboarding, and drive user adoption through training and support.
- Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and provide training for end users.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Proven experience developing and scaling operational processes
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive execution
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and related tools (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical changes into clear guidance
