Associate Team Lead – Sales Operations

The Associate Team Lead – Sales Operations is responsible for supervising a team to ensure smooth execution and implementation of Order Management related activities, meeting KPIs, and building an efficient and customer-centric team.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in managing service delivery for order to cash functions
• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a similar role
• Fair understanding of Lean and Other Quality Methodology
