Job Title

The Associate Team Lead – Sales Operations is responsible for supervising the team to ensure smooth execution and implementation of Order Management activities, meeting KPIs, and resolving customer issues. The role involves managing daily contract/orders, handling critical issues, and proposing solutions. Additional responsibilities include ensuring SOPs are followed, controlling mechanisms, and proposing ways of process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
