Role Overview

Join our Commercial Services & Solutions team as a Sales Operations Enablement Coordinator. You’ll work alongside business leaders and cross-functional teams to help translate strategy into action, supporting the delivery of initiatives that improve sales execution, simplify processes, and help teams deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What You Will Do

Help bring sales strategy to life by keeping a clear view of initiatives, priorities, and progress across the team. Support the coordination of projects that improve how we sell, serve, and support our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or business initiatives (in a commercial, operational, or similar environment)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams and openness to learning new systems
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work across teams and stakeholders
  • Comfort working with data and using it to support decision-making
  • A continuous improvement mindset—someone who’s always looking for simpler, better ways
  • A qualification in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline (advantageous)
