Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, tools, and materials, and manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proficient in website backend systems such as WordPress or Drupal
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce and Account Engagement, is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
