We are looking for a Business Analyst to help accelerate the use of our marketing technology stack across multiple omnichannel use cases throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Business Analyst and a methodical, logical, and flexible approach.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience of full delivery lifecycle including business case support, project initiation, requirement capture, scope and change management, development support, UAT, early life support and benefits realisation
- Demonstrate a ‘product’ mindset and experience of Agile
- Customer Journey mapping experience
- System analysis skills
- Ability to create high quality documentation
- Data analysis skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of data governance & privacy regulations (GDPR) & marketing consent
