Business Development Executive to join the dynamic Business Development team of a fintech company in Malaysia, responsible for sourcing and hunting new B2B clients, educating them on company’s asset-based lending model, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SME lending, commercial banking, P2P lending, leasing, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of SME financing needs and challenges.
- Ability to communicate financial products in simple terms to non-financial clients.
- Proactive, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus (not mandatory).
