Business Development / Inside Sales Representative role at RushOrderTees, a fast-growing leader in custom apparel printing. The job involves identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will work onsite at the Northeast Philadelphia headquarters, collaborating with the production and design teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations. The role is responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals, accurately tracking sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups).
- Experience with CRM software a plus.
- Prior experience in printing, apparel, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
