CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager Project Logistics to join their team in Bremen or Hamburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong project logistics background and experience in managing complex global industrial projects.
Requirements
- Developing project business in DACH
- Propose sales plan and execute sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
- Pricing, Tender Management, Preparation of Bids and Follow Up
- Assure successful account integration to operations
- Share information by using sales-support tools (CVIEW/ Salesforce)
- Optimize cost of sales activities (trips, travel expenses, etc.)
- Assure compliance with the sales process
- Enforce CEVA’s guidelines and procedures
- Decision Making Authority
- Margins and selling rates
- Service offering in line with corporate guidelines
- Process ownership for local contents
- Develope project execution concepts
