Business Development Manager [Tuas]

Drive business growth by developing new opportunities across markets and regions, while expanding existing key accounts in collaboration with Senior Account Manager(s). Identify and develop new business opportunities, grow and manage existing key accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, and prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of related experience in the Oil & Gas or Metal Precision /Aerospace industries.
  • Familiar with the Asia Pacific market.
  • Good understanding of operations and inventory management
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
